Returns

Refund and exchanges

If you want to return your item(s) please contact us on Toll Free* (833) 868-7386 or email Sarah Stubbs sarah@absoluteproduct.us.com who will advise on the next steps to take.

  • Please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days from receipt of delivery and in its original condition and packaging for exchange or refund (refund excludes original delivery).

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the products(s) supplied.

  • We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt of returned product(s), however during busy periods please allow 7 working days for your refund. Once your refund is complete, we will email to confirm.

  • We recommend the use of a reputable courier service for the returns in case issues arise during transit.

  • Absolute are not liable for any parcels damaged or lost in transit when being returned

 

Cancelling prior to despatch

To cancel your order prior to despatch, you must contact us on Toll Free* (833) 868-7386 as soon as you can after placing your order and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it's despatched.

 

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us immediately on Toll Free* (833) 868-7386 or email sarah@absoluteproduct.us.com and we will advise on the next steps to take. Please do not attempt to fix the item(s) as this may affect your entitlement for a refund or exchange. 

Once the item(s) have been received we will contact you to discuss further.


Missing items

If any item is missing from your delivery, this must be reported within 5 working days from the date of receipt of your order. Please contact us on Toll Free* (833) 868-7386 or email sarah@absoluteproduct.us.com

If an item(s) has been sent out to you incorrectly, please contact us on Toll Free* (833) 868-7386 or email sarah@absoluteproduct.us.com as soon as possible, who will be happy to solve the matter as swiftly as possible.
